Mark is a Certified Agent through the NFL Players Association. Mark is currently studying to be licensed as a Certified Agent through the NBA Players’ Association. Mark has experience representing athletes, filmmakers, actors, and media personalities.

Mark and The Firm bring a rare approach to the representation of talent. Rather than focus only on the contract – a single element of his clients’ busy and complex professional and personal lives – the negotiation of the playing or employment contract is only the beginning. From there, Mark takes a 360º approach to representing, counseling, and assisting his clients. Mark takes an interest in helping his clients to prepare mentally and physically to perform at their highest level, with personal matters, and in identifying and navigating business and marketing opportunities. Mark is a shrewd and seasoned negotiator and a compassionate and involved counselor.

Mark’s passion for the representation of athletes and talent led him to launch Impact Athlete Management in 2023, which is a division of The Goodheart Firm.
