Todd N. Barnes, Of Counsel to The Goodheart Firm, is an attorney with over two decades of experience. Throughout his career, Todd has handled numerous cases with an astounding success rate, including litigating matters in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, and in Pennsylvania’s federal courts and various Courts of Common Pleas. Todd specializes in litigating appeals, and currently serves as a member of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Appellate Rules Committee. Todd formerly served as an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County (Pennsylvania’s third largest), ultimately serving as the county’s Assistant Chief of Appeals. Todd’s résumé also includes clerkship/staff attorney experience in the Chief Justice’s Office as well as all three of Pennsylvania’s appellate courts. He previously worked for a well-known regional commercial litigation firm handling a wide variety of matters.
